i feel like i’d want to add some withering creatures into my B/G sacrifice deck. i have a pair of these guys now, looking into how i can really exploit this ability early in the game.
maybe with Heartless Summoning?
also if i block a 2/2 creature with the Goblin, i can give the 2/2 the -1/-1 ability and it’ll die as well. that’s really fuckin’ neat-o
8/1/2008 When Glacial Chasm’s enters-the-battlefield ability resolves, if you don’t control any other lands, you must sacrifice Glacial Chasm itself.
ice age <3
Like the tide, time both ebbs and flows.
With Suleiman’s ascension to power, the djinn and efreets of ancient Rabiah learned humility.
wow this card will help me a lot with my new deck :p
All Hallow’s Eve
best flavor ever, i have one in Italian :D
10/4/2004Since you can respond to triggered abilities, it is legal to sacrifice creatures using some spell or ability prior to resolving the ability that removes the final counter from All Hallow’s Eve.
4/1/2008 A “creature card” is any card with the type Creature, even if it has other types such as Artifact, Enchantment, or Land. Older cards of type Summon are also Creature cards.
10/1/2009 The only thing that happens when All Hallow’s Eve resolves is that it’s exiled with two scream counters on it.
10/1/2009 All Hallow’s Eve’s triggered ability functions from the exile zone. This ability has an “intervening ‘if’ clause.” It won’t trigger at all unless All Hallow’s Eve is exiled and has a scream counter on it (which can happen only if it resolves as a spell).
10/1/2009 Each creature returned to the battlefield by All Hallow’s Eve enters the battlefield under its owner’s control.
love the flavor
7/15/2006 Dark Depths is a land with no mana ability.
7/15/2006 Dark Depths’s last ability is a state trigger. It will not trigger again while the ability is on the stack, but if the ability is countered and Dark Depths is still on the battlefield with no ice counters on it, it will trigger again immediately.
